If you live, work or regularly pass through Alto da BelaVista in Cacém, you’ve probably noticed that the area is becoming more beautiful and convenient.
With more and more offices and retail options (AllMat opens on 4/7) and many buildings having their façades restored, this former industrial and warehouse hub is undoubtedly becoming a more pleasant and visitable place. We like to think that BelaVista Retail Park has already contributed a lot to this. We have three sports and leisure facilities (VivaGym, Altissimo and Feel It Dance Company), a restaurant, a pharmacy and several shops that are visited by both locals and residents from other municipalities. But that’s not all.

In the autumn, from its position on the roundabout that connects Cacém to the IC19, BelaVista Retail Park will greet those coming from this main artery of Greater Lisbon with an open space, with a garden and a dynamic and architecturally surprising façade, announcing a new centrality in this area.
With the addition of a pet shop that is also a veterinary clinic, a croissant shop and an optician’s, we will increase the convenience for all those who live and work in the area and in the surrounding communities. With the new green spaces, terraces and public squares, we aim to contribute to greater sustainability. This involves not only urban rehabilitation, but above all the creation of meeting and even celebration spaces that the community deserves.
